π§ Combine oil + glycerin for moisture and nourishment
A smart method we use at Dalarnas EKO is to combine glycerin (a natural humectant) with oil. Glycerin attracts moisture, while the oil encapsulates it. You get an effect similar to a serum β perfect for dry, sensitive or mature skin .
π You can find this combination in our:
-
Deep Nourishing Cleansing Oil β cleanses the skin without drying it out
-
Our handmade soaps β natural glycerin from the production
-
Conditioner bars β moisturize and soften hair without weighing it down
π What suits who?
For mature skin:
Skin oil is an excellent choice. AHA Clean & Glow restores skin elasticity and provides nourishment that strengthens the skin over time. Especially good together with moisture (Hyaluronic Moisture mist+).
For dry skin:
It's best to combine oil and moisture β for example, spray Hyaluronic Moisture Mist+ and then massage oil in. Want extra care? Apply Deep Nourishing Cleansing Oil on top.
For sensitive skin:
Choose pure oils without additives. Unscented skin oils are often better than creams with preservatives. Our products are free of essential oils when you choose fragrance-free alternatives. We recommend Deep Nourishing Cleansing Oil SENSITIVE + ANTI Rouge Serum.
𧴠Tips from Dalarna EKO:
Use oil on damp skin!
Spray with mist or pat in some water first β otherwise there is no moisture to encapsulate.
The skin oil is also amazing as:
-
Massage oil
-
Hair wrap
-
Chiropody
-
Natural Alternative to Body Lotion
