Visit and use of www.dalarnasekobutik.com are subject to the following terms and conditions of purchase and use. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, please do not use the website.

Dalarnas EKO (Dalarnas Ekobutik Organic Cosmetics AB) reserves the right to update the terms and conditions as necessary. For orders placed, the terms and conditions that were current at the time of ordering always apply.

General terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of Dalarnas EKO's website and to orders placed via www.dalarnasekobutik.com. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms.

Terms of purchase

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
No fees are added beyond what is shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to final sales and any errors in price or product information.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop. If you are under 18, parental consent is required.

Payment – Klarna Checkout

Payment is made securely via Klarna Checkout with options such as invoice, account (partial payment), card payment (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer (Mobile BankID).
Klarna performs identification and risk assessment to offer available payment methods.

Invoice: 14 days payment period.
Account: Collect purchases on a monthly invoice, pay at your own pace.
Card payment: 3D Secure, amount reserved at the time of purchase and deducted when the order is shipped.
Klarna Direct: Pay directly via bank with Mobile BankID.

Delivery & Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time within Sweden is usually 1–3 business days. Standard shipping and any free shipping promotions are shown at checkout and/or on the website. If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to a delivery location with notification via text message or email.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected within the shipping company's deadline and is returned to us, a fee of SEK 400 will be charged for shipping, return and handling. Uncollected packages are not considered a cancelled purchase. First collect the package and then return it according to the return policy.

Returns & Cancellation Policy (overview)

The right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days from delivery for unopened and unused products. Opened/tested products are not accepted for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full return policy and instructions can be found on the website.

Complaints (overview)

The right of complaint applies to original defects that can be traced back to production/manufacturing errors – not normal wear and tear or aging. If the complaint is approved, we will first remedy the problem, secondly replace it, and finally buy it back. Full information and how to make a complaint can be found on the website.

Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

Swedish law applies. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN) . You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
