RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Return online purchases

As a customer at Dalarnas EKO, we want you to always feel secure in receiving new, fresh and unopened products. Therefore, returns of opened or tested products are not accepted.

  • You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from delivery on unopened products.

  • Return label not included – you pay for return shipping yourself.

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend trackable shipping and that you save the delivery receipt.

  • Do not send returns by Registered Mail or Schenker , as we cannot accept these.

  • Please use the original carton as outer packaging.

Refund

  • This will be done within 30 days after we have received and approved the return.

  • If the return is not approved, we will contact you via email.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

  • For returned goods where the packaging is broken or the product has been used, a handling fee of SEK 350 will be charged.

  • Don't forget to indicate the sender on the package - we do not redeem packages without postage.


Unapproved return

  • Returns submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Returns sent in without notifying us in advance cannot be processed.

  • The item will not be returned to the customer unless the customer pays for new shipping.

  • In the event of an unauthorized return, a handling fee of SEK 350 may be charged to cover administrative costs.



Return store purchases

Products purchased in store can only be returned in store.
Bring the product and original receipt to the point of purchase and the staff will assist you further.



Complaints about online purchases

In case of a complaint, please contact our customer service via email:

For faster processing, please attach:

  • Clear pictures or video showing the error

  • Batch number of the product

The right of complaint applies to production and manufacturing defects . It does not apply to normal wear and tear or natural aging.

Dalarnas EKO reserves the right to:

  1. First of all, fix the error

  2. Alternatively, send a new item

  3. Ultimately, make a buyback

  • We are not responsible for return shipping in the event of a complaint.

  • If the complaint is approved, a replacement item or refund will be sent within 10 days .

  • We are responsible for the shipping of the replacement item.

  • The product must be returned well packaged in a padded envelope or cardboard box.




Advertise store purchases

Store purchases are advertised directly in store.
Bring the product and the original receipt to the place of purchase.

In the event of any dispute, we follow the decision of the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN) .
