To be able to deliver even higher quality and meet demand, some products will be paused or phased out of the range.

Many may return in a new, improved form in the future.
The products have a long shelf life:
- Shampoo: at least 2 years
- Conditioner: at least 3 years
Which means you can safely stock up on your favorites.

To create a more sustainable workload and to be able to focus on our most valued products.
Are the products on sale of lower quality?
No. The products maintain the same quality as always. The reason for the change is simply that the range needs to be reduced.
Are the products coming back?
Some products may return as Limited Edition in the future.

Usually 1-3 business days with DHL Express.
3-5 business days with Postnord Home Delivery.
During campaigns and holidays, longer delivery times may occur - we always announce this on the home page.

What is your shipping policy?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email showing that our warehouse/shipping team has received your order.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your delivery address.
Usually 1-3 business days delivery time.
I've placed an order – where is it?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of the order being placed, on regular business days.
If you place your order on a Friday afternoon or during the weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day. We are closed on public holidays, which may affect handling times – please take this into account when placing your order.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store at present.
However, you can order from our webshop and choose to pick up your products at our warehouse at TC Pump & Maskinservice:
