Use:
1. Rub the shampoo bar on your head into wet hair until you get enough lather, you usually need less lather than you think.

2. Massage the lather into your hair and rinse.

3. Store the shampoo bar in a dry place, such as on a loofah pad, to extend its lifespan.

This bar contains both shampoo & conditioner. You may need to finish with a hair oil for best results depending on the condition of your hair, but for most people just the bar is enough.

If you have used conventional shampoo/conditioner before, you may need to wash your hair repeatedly before achieving satisfactory results.

You can also do a Hair Detox to remove silicone, plastic and synthetic substances that have settled on the hair.

1 Shampoo Bar = approx. 1000 ml liquid shampoo and conditioner (enough for 75-90 washes with proper care and storage)

We recommend storing the shampoo bar on a loofah pad if you have it in the shower or in a storage jar if it is unused, so that it remains dry and not damp.
