When you receive your sponge, it will be thin and dry – this is completely normal. Soak it in lukewarm water until it becomes soft and pliable. Squeeze out any excess water – the sponge should be damp when used.

Use the sponge on your face by:
Let the sponge sweep from the center of the forehead outwards to the chin – like a gentle detox massage for the skin.

This technique helps stimulate lymphatic circulation and reduce swelling.

Care instructions

🧼 Always clean the sponge after use with mild soap + water after use.

🔥 Disinfect when necessary
Boil the mushrooms for a few minutes or wash at 40 degrees.
